This is our 4th Back Market phone and we have been thrilled with each one - they work perfectly, are in great condition, and I would have kept each one far longer (if Apple wouldn’t change them up). I tell a lot of people about Back Market - Quality and great prices!

So far, I absolutely love it! Waiting for new case and film cover which may never get here because of course everything comes from China and that situation is not going well! Would really like to get some instruction on use of camera because it sounds unbelievable! Looking in Amazon for good book! Phone was immaculate and looks like a dream! I do have one little problem! It doesn’t charge with all of my “c” chargers!! Only certain ones so I’m keeping those aside so when I travel I don’t take one that does not work! Love the deal!!

This phone was a big step up from my S9. I am happy with the appearance and my experience with BackMarket. I have purchased from them before and will again because of their customer service.

The controllers right analog had crazy stick drift so a new controller was needed. The Xbox has some drawing on it and small dents on the edge. This refurbisher didn’t properly test the controller or clean the Xbox. I love back market and I’ve been eyeing an Xbox for a while but I am unsatisfied with this purchase.

Absolutely love my new phone!!! Got it in fair condition and it was dang near perfect! Not a single scratch or anything!! Will absolutely be using this app more!!!

It came pretty quickly and for it to be fair I only see a few dings and scratches but it works great! I am all for recycled tech in this day and age so this phone makes me smile!

delivered earlier than expected. for excellent condition i expected nothing less battery health is good, no crack etc. i love this purchase!!
