disappointed to buy a laptop in excellent condition only to have a loud fan noise and discoloration at the corner of its screen. i’ve already bought and returned a laptop from the same refurbisher and i’m discourage to return this one and wait another 10 days for another laptop because it’s interrupting my work. i believe a laptop that has a fan noise that loud should not be under excelente category.

We got this for my son for school. It's excellent - great size for young kids, crispy screen, snappy response. And coming as refurbished, it looks/functions very well. Only qualm is the battery life doesn't feel very long, but he uses it almost exclusively for a game-like school app (and games suck power). I very much recommend buying from here!

I have always been hesitant to purchased a refurbished computer but not anymore. My MacBook showed up in like new condition and has been exactly what I needed for over a $1000 less than new. I’ll be using back market for all my electronic needs from now on.

It's really good, works perfectly fine. My only issue is that the screen doesn't feel like legit IPads/ IPhones. It feels more plasticy and hollow. I cant really explain it well? but it's definitely not like an original IPad screen. You can tell it's refurbished. Besides that, it's exactly like a regular IPad. Legit deal.

beautiful monitor and display. exactly as a brand new one! never spending the money on new tech again. refurbished is the way to go. very quick delivery and fulfillment speed. packed securely and came with cords, warranty and instruction manual. perfect condition. pretty tall stand for a monitor but it tilts so thats okay. has a solid base to balance and secure the screen with cord storage.

Computer came in excellent condition as described. Only thing I am dissatisfied with it the knock off computer charger that came with my macbook. I was told specifically by and Apple tech not to use it as it may cause battery issues and or a fire. I also work in IT and spoke to my team regarding the issue. Same conclusion. Back Market told me the charger meets their standards and to go go purchase a legit one on my own if I wanted.

This was an amazing experience with Back Market! The refurbished iMac was carefully packaged and arrived quickly. The optional two year protection warranty provided the ease of mind when purchasing any electrical device.

Overall the laptop was in good condition. A minor scratch on the front of it. The processor seems to hang up and pause. I’m not sure if it’s something that happens across al Mac’s, but I’m keeping an eye on it to see if it gets any worse.

Laptop has shown to outperform any of the computer or laptops I've ever used, with enough research beforehand, and with the consistent performance I've used it for, I have been kept satisfied. The laptop exterior issue is that it only seems to heat up quickly, so you need to make sure your allowing space for it to cooldown, I tend to use a binder to elevate it, to leave a lot of space for the fan, and has worked as intended. I've used it for Universe Sandbox gaming, work clearly and powerfully. Multitasking in my schoolwork, and I have found that it will be perfect for my college future. Camera and Mic are really nice, perfect for video calls or meetings. I haven't used it for advance animations or engineering designing, but since its better than my PC that pretty old, I'd say it's good for Blender animations
