Thank you Back Market, for your service as the go between service for connecting buyers and refurbishers of various products. This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. This HP elitedesk 800 g4 allowed me to upgrade my current system to support windows 11, on a budget. So happy. It shipped on-time and arrived as described. The i5 processor (3 GHz) is more than capable for everyday computing tasks, including web browsing, Microsoft Office, media streaming. It boots up quickly and handles multiple applications without lag. it’s perfect for productivity and home office use. Being a business-class machine, the build quality is excellent—sturdy, reliable, and clearly made to last.

Omg. Laptop arrived very well packaged, fast delivery and it looked brand new, performance was flawless and easy to set up. I'm a huge skeptic and this is 2nd purchase this month from Backmarmet , Z Fold was earlier this month and it works great 👍. I won't be going back to big box stores nor online stores. Thats right - forget PC Richards etc. Backmarket has replaced them all and has my endorsement !!!!!

This is the first time I've gotten a refurbished product that definitely works like it's brand new! I was looking for something to start gaming and streaming (not professionally but I want to try) and it's been amazing in that and helping with game development as well. I got very fortunate that I happened to see this product just when I was about to give up the search. I highly recommend both this company and Back Market in general!

This is a newer version of my old computer. This was a refurbished model and honestly you wouldn't be able to tell except for the label on the box. Works perfectly, no issues at this point. The transaction with Back Market was easy, shipping quick. I would shop with them again.

The Lenovo laptop was delivered earlier than expected, in excellent condition for a refurbished computer and was very easy to set up. It is used lightly, mainly with social media so it is most satisfactory especially for the price.

I am very pleased with the deal that I got. The computer is in great condition and to my surprise it came with a fresh install of Linux Mint which I knew nothing about but am really pleased with. The performance is nice and the software offerings fit my needs.

Great experience! I found Blackmarket to have a good selection and they provide great service. I'm happy with my purchase, the ordering process, and delivery. I was a little nervous about purchasing a used unit, but I took a chance and am quite satisfied. The Lenovo X13 was like- new, clean with a fresh install of Windows 11 professional, and it's hard to tell it isn't new. Ordering was a breeze. Communication was constant, and shipping was fast and well packaged. I'm a satisfied customer.

Fantastic! After some negative experience with another vendor (Regadget LLC) who sent me an "excellent" notebook with different (less performant) specs and vinyl glued over the actual less than "excellent" condition, I now received a truly excellent notebook that is worth its description. Actually it looks, feels and behaves like new! Whenever I am buying another piece of hardware on backmarket, I'll make sure to buy from BuyRefurbished!

This new laptop is exactly what I needed, and I got it for a fraction of the competitors' prices. I guess it has been refurbished, but I would never know if they didn't tell me. Top-notch service and competitive prices will keep me coming back.
