This monitor is awesome. Optics are great and I love that it swivels every which way. I love buying used products as I'm an environmentalist. This is one of the few ways to be such where tech is concerned. The monitor is in tip-top shape and better than the one I bought new last Christmas for an equivalent price. SLAM DUNK! MacBook Pro came as described. looks great and is fully functional

Another disappointing experience. After returning my last laptop which had a defective touchpad, I spent a bit more to get a better laptop and was surprised when it didn't include features listed in the technical specifications. While the specs indicated that the laptop had a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard, the actual product had neither of these features. The item looked in good condition, but I am really tired of paying for laptops that aren't in the condition they're claimed to be. The reporting system also prevents me from giving BackMarket this feedback, instead limiting my response to a prescribed list of issues. It doesn't seem worth the trouble to use this website anymore.
