I love my new iPad pro. It came brand new with the apple box and everything, I was very pleased. I always wanted this tablet and I’m glad I bought it. I was going to get it from amazon but decided to try back market and I’m really glad I did. Everything was smooth and the package came on time, sadly my brother saw it before me but I am glad I got to use it when I got back home. Thanks, DMV wireless, and Back market.

Phone was clean and works fine. The charger supplied is no good,It connects and disconnects the entire time youre charging it and gets hot. So I put 4 star instead of 5. Phone is great tho and half the retail cost.

Not the best BackMarket experience I've ever had. This is 100% on the seller - lack of attention to detail and poor quality control. The XBox unit works fine, but the seller sent a controller that was obviously used (scratches, dirt) and malfunctioning switches. Eventually, the seller made it kinda right - he cleaned the controller at least - but what a journey.

The product was never used. Had cancelled the purchase. However the package did arrive. The box was open. The phone did have some scratches on it, not overwhelming, but it didn't look like an "Excellent" description as stated on the site. I didn't use the phone itself therefore I can't give a review on the item performance or battery life itself. After not receiving a contract from the seller. I was informed by BM to mailed the phone back to the seller. A BM rep. did help me get my refund back after sending the seller a direct email. Seeing that the seller didn't even take the time to respond to my contacting them. I would return to the BM site, but would make sure any item purchase won't be coming from that seller. Ever! Really bad communication skills
