Got this iPad mini (6th gen) with cellular for work for $258 in “Fair” condition. Pleasantly surprised it got here today with a few minor scratches on the sides of the screen that aren’t noticeable unless you’re looking for them and everything seems to be working well. Easily could’ve spent 500+ if it was new so no complaints here.

Phone came like it was brand NEW! No scratches no nothing! Came with a brand new charger and box, and when I checked the battery capacity it’s at 100% with only ever being charged 3 times ever. Had my doubts because it refurbished and it’s a gift for someone but I definitely recommend buying from here! Not to mention shipping was free and it came in two days!

It was actually just right. There was no problems with turning on or using anything on my Macbook Air 2017. The screen is perfect and it looks as though it is brand new.

In buying an older intel-type Apple, I was a bit worried, but felt that the return option -January 31 - would give me a chance to see if this not quite new MacBook Pro would suffice. Short answer: YES it DOES!!! Moving forward, I suggest that most people buy at least a 16GB RAM device from 2024 onward. This one is 32GB RAM - and it's fast! I purchased this refurbished 2018 MacBook Pro to replace my 2013 MacBook Pro (purchased brand new 11 years ago). I'd intended to replace my old one in 2020, but that was the year the M1 came out. I don't like to buy the first iteration of any tech so I waited. And the world changed... I did buy an M2 Mac Mini but recently traded up for the newest M4 Mac Mini and I love that... I wish I could upgrade the MacBook Pro to the latest but not now. For my budget I can't buy the newest M4 MacBook Pro now. A lot has changed though... I work from home, so the desktop M4 is utilized much more than a MacBook. With that, using the 2013 MacBook Pro has become excruciating - so I decided to give this 2018 version a try since the cost is in reach for now. I purchased "FAIR" quality and the 2-year extended warranty. I *always* buy protective cases for *all* portable tech devices. In addition to the protection these cases provide, they also can be bought with your style in mind! COORDINATE the look of your tech so it all goes together! I'm big on "color coordination" so for all my portable devices, my iPhone, iPad and now this Macbook Pro, I stick with a color theme. 10 years ago I was using "Fuchsia", then "Tiffany Blue" and now "Navy Blue" cases. The case I purchased for this Macbook pro also came with a matching keyboard cover and a sheet of clear protective tempered glass for the screen. All my portable Apple devices are in protective, snap on, translucent navy blue cases for safety, to prevent new "dings". With that, the appearance of my trio of portable Apple items is perfect. Another benefit of the protective cases comes when you want to trade up and resell your devices since this helps diminish visible signs of wear and protect your devices from damages and scratches. I mention this too because although there are no glaringly obvious visual damage on this "FAIR" quality MacBook Pro, with the navy blue hard plastic translucent case, you see nothing wrong with it. I received the MacBook Pro about a week ago and LOVE it. The 32GB RAM really makes the MacBook Pro fly, a notable difference over my 2013! *** The only issue is that the charger stopped working! I'd already purchased a SECOND charger from a 3rd party vendor because I like having a backup charger. Just didn't realize I'd need it so soon. Now I need another one. On a side note, I bought my mother a refurbished HP PC laptop in April 2024- also focusing on higher RAM (16MB) for her machine - and for her, she needed a laptop with an ethernet port to plug directly into the mesh router at home - because older homes have thick walls that are an obstacle to WiFi signals. *** Another excellent feature in this MacBook Pro is the Touch Bar! For my Mac Mini I have the Apple Magic keyboard with touch ID - and of course, my iPad and iPhone (phone purchased from Back Market also) have TOUCH features. TOUCH is so so SO valuable! I'm weary of passwords. The Touch bar doesn't eliminate all use of passwords all the time. It does help a LOT and diminishes some of my password-weariness. but in our time, with the growing challenges of hackers, everyone I know is complaining about the increasing complexity required for passwords and how exhausting it can be at practically every turn. **BIOMETRICS are GREAT!!!** I am again thankful to BACK MARKET for providing me with yet another money-saving upgrade. It was safely packaged for delivery. I typically have problems with Fed-Ex for shipping but this is the first FED EX delivery since 2000 that came to the right house (mine) and on the exact day it was promised. Fed Ex since 2020 has NEVER sent any shipment on time and often say it was delivered up to 4 days in a row for one item. I'm always stressed when I discover that anything is delivered by Fed Ex but this time the shock was that the packaged showed up the day and time promised. For that I'm grateful. This literally is the first time Fed Ex didn't mess up. Life saver - money saver!

I have purchased the refurbished iPads from Back Market before and they have always been great. I recently bought two of these for my grandchildren and they are awesome! They are in great condition and have a wonderful battery life. I highly recommend purchasing refurbished from Back Market!

I ordered this 2019 MacBook Pro as opposed to buying another Lenovo PC. I wanted to start beginner-level programming. It arrived two days after I ordered and is in fantastic condition (I chose “Good Condition”). I’m super stoked with this purchase. I’ll be coming back to Back Market for more electronics purchases in the future!

Everything about the iPad was perfect. It works flawlessly, came with a charger, and looks just like new. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with the box, but otherwise, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Great value overall!

Just WOW!!! This iPad looks brand spanking new like I just bought it from the Apple Store! Only thing that makes it “not new” is that it did not come in a box, and that’s very unimportant. I am extremely happy with my purchase!!!

I bought my iPad Air 2 from BackMarket as well, this is my second purchase on here and first from this seller. I’m super excited for this MacBook as this is my first one! Hopefully the next one will be new, anyways, so far it’s been running pretty smoothly. I’m struggling to update the OS to Monterey but coming from Windows, even running OS Big Sur is an upgrade. Shipping was fast and the packaging was solid.
