BackMarket was a great find! The website offers clear information on excellent products. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 and it's been great so far, as is the cover and protective screens. Excellent value and no need to spend a fortune on a new phone. The 1 year warranty gives me peace of mine. I'll no doubt continue to use BackMarket.

Everything appears to be working as described. I was disappointed there was some scratches on the screen, however it could have been worse since this is refurbished. Phone has been working well and meets my needs. Thank you.

Awesome it’s everything I thought it would be peep the video reviews but I will say the speaker to the iPad is very staticy so being that it is a refurbished iPad I get lil things like this can happen but I haven’t dropped or nothing & right off the bat the speaker having issues so if it wasn’t for that I would give 5 stars

Came quicker than expected, and is better than I thought it would be. I thought this would be pretty bad, but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the immaculate quality of the astonishing product. I honestly couldn't discern it from a brand new product as the refurbishment was done so skillfully that the product couldn't be considered of any lower quality than that of a brand new one if you were to be judging them with the naked eye.

I am so glad I found Back Market! I desperately needed a new phone but didn’t want to buy the newest iPhone. I believe that refurbished is the way to go and I will never buy the newest phone again when I have this awesome website!

2nd phone I have purchased from back mkt. if the phone was described as fair condition, but it was actually what I would consider excellent condition transferring the data from my old iPhone to my new one was easier than I thought.

The case is perfect, just what is needed. The case fits well and offers the needed padding to mitigate impacts. I discarded the "protective screens." While they are relatively harmless, the iPhone's gorilla glass is very hard and would resist most scratches. I don't need a soft piece of plastic collecting scratches and making the screen harder to view.
