The product and the delivery are awesome. We bought the Good Condition, but the actual item in a far better condition. Though the price is a little higher than other good condition we bought, we are very happy with the purchase. Praise for the seller being more than honest. Their products NEVER WORK:( This item won’t connect to ANY server or WiFi and the brightness doesn’t change if you try it stays at 100% brightness even with the settings changed. I had the same issue with a Mac book I got on this app/website too.

This was in great, not excellent, condition. The stickers used to refurbish the keyboard were not placed carefully and are sticky to the touch.

I am still taking the time to figure out my Chromebook, but I do love the fact that it is absolutely scratch free and the screen is clear and clean. Thanks guys.

Excellent service from both the seller and Back Market. And the product is excellent. My only complaint is with the clunkyness of the Android OS. There’s no way to save a doc to a flash drive directly from the machine. The OS is not as good as iOS X, but it’s better than Windows 10. Overall the Dell Chromebook is perfect for my purposes (working offline). Oh, and the audio volume is too low even at the highest settings.

I was very happy with my purchase. Not only did it come on time, but it was in better condition than the description said, and I have not had any issues with the machine at all. Repeat customer for sure, probably for life
