so I order a Dell Latitude 7480. What I got sent was a bit of a surprise. It said I had been "upgraded" to a 7490. Sounds good right? It ended up being a GREAT laptop, everything works. My only gripe is they should have asked me beforehand "Hey we dont have a 7480 left. is it cool if we send you this other model? here are the specs difference so you can decide." but instead they just sent it without telling me. Again, thankfully the computer is AWESOME and runs flawless. The battery is even 100% health! I just think it's best to let the customer decide in these cases of "out of stock" and at least put the specs on the box. As it was, I had to open it and dig through the "About Your PC" panel to compare if what I got lived up to what I had originally ordered. Thankfully it really did and they were very cordial and responsive when I reached out. Good experience overall. Do recommend.

I haven't been using my ThinkPad W540 for very long yet, but I am thrilled with it so far. It has everything I need for the work I do and more. With the condition stating 'good' I was not sure what to expect, but it looks new out of the box. Researching what I wanted via Back Market was a breeze. The process from purchase to shipping to arriving went without a hitch and was I was kept informed thru the whole thing. A total delight and I highly, highly recommend purchasing via here. :)

I ordered a refurbished Dell Latitude E6430 laptop 14 inch screen 2016 model from this company and I am truly satisfied. It looks brand new and operated great right out of the box. I took some time to make the right choice for the price and my needs and kept coming back to Back Market. No one near me could give me a better deal. Shipping was extremely fast!!

I am so happy that I bought this refurbished machine. My son-in-law helped me decide on the specs and the other tech savvy folks in the family also approve. I needed to replace an aging desktop and this laptop is also going with us as we serve a mission for our church away from home. Great so far!

I am very happy with my "new" laptop after having some problem figuring out all the controls on the sides. It is heavier than my previous laptop but it has a great screen and lots of memory so the trade-off is fine for me. My questions were answered promptly, delivery was fast and the price was right!

The first pleasant surprise was the product upgrade I received without asking. The processor was a model newer, and the hard drive was the next size bigger. Huge thanks. The device did have minor wear but it looks immaculate for an 11 year old laptop. Nothing beats the form factor. This device will be well used and appreciated until it no longer can function. I will certainly be returning to BackMarket when looking for my next device.

I must say that I am very happy with the product that I ordered. However, what I was most impressed with was the customer service, the customer service at every level was and continues to be outstanding. I think that other companies need to take a page from the back Market playbook. As a retired solder it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to customer care. I was impressed! I'm a computer scientist. It's been almost a year since I placed this order. I work, live, and play on this device exclusively. The condition was perfect and I saved a lot of money vs Amazon price. I've inspected it inside and out. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I know it was a gamble to buy a refurbished computer that's almost 10 years old, and I think overall it's working as expected. This computer runs a really loud fan any time it is on and has had a couple strange crashes. It's an older machine but it has decent processing power. I hope it can chug along for several more years!

Best purchase I have ever made! I purchased this computer for work and it has everything I needed and paid for. Well worth the price. I also got a free upgrade to the W541 and a better CPU also. This model comes with the integrated Intel GPU and also the NVidia GPU. Computer came clean and fully charged, started right up and easy to setup. Thank you!
