I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6s in "Mint" condition, and that's exactly what I received, four days earlier than the estimated arrival date. This phone looks brand new. I installed my existing SIM card and was making calls in less than 10 minutes. Thibaud, Quentin and Vinny included a very nice note offering to handle any issues that might arise, but everything has been great. I am definitely going to order through BackMarket again. III

I ordered 2 iPhone 8s. Phones seem brand new and are working great. One of them worked great from the start and the other there was an issue with updating the new software, which seemed to be an issue on Apple's end. Customer service was amazing with responding right away, communicating what they thought was going on, helping me troubleshoot the concern, and always offering to send me a different phone if I'd prefer that over troubleshooting the issue. Really, the best customer service I've experienced! I will definitely purchase through Back Market again, and specifially through FlipNSmart Phones if I can.

Extremely pleased with both the iPhone and iPad I've bought from BackMarket. The Ipad was the least expensive grade and it arrived looking and working pristine. Apple builds it's products well as so there's no reason to not buy them rehab'd from BackMarket.

Awesomeness, delivered quickly to my door! The EarPods (mint meant NEW) they came in the original packaging, I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you guys for being wonderful and selling the quality you want to receive. If you’ve second guess purchasing let me let you in on something, so did I, but after several purchases I’d recommend them to anyone. Listen, it’s retail quality at a price that makes more sense. Since I have your attention, I’d like to challenge you to share a meal with someone in need everyday, pack a few extra snacks and water or a few dollars. I promise if you add these steps to your day you’ll come face to face with the need. It’s simple to accept, all you have to do is: enjoy your day, and feed someone along the way! FlipNSmart was very professional and so helpful. We thought we had an issue with one of the iPads that we ordered. Truly there was not a problem at all... I think the iPad in question missed its' original home! I would recommend FlipNSmart to anyone... their customer service is great, most especially when the owner himself calls you to help you out! I got this older I- pad so I could load books on it for my wife. We have a couple other products especially made for books but the cost of the books is prohibitive. She reads fast and that means that she needs more books available. I have quite a collection of books on the desk top computer so now I just move them to the new I-pad and she's off and running. Thank you for the extended customer care when I had a problem initially . Y'all jumped right on it and quickly remedied the situation. I will recommend you to friends. Thank you for everything!

My second purchase. This one is to replace item that I bought without knowing all of the apps my daughter needed to run on it. Seller was East to work with on the return of the original product. Everything about the process is professionally conducted. Product is exactly as represented and functions beautifully. I don’t know why I’m just finding out about BackMarket!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the new ipad. It shipped so fast and was delivered as if i ordered off of amazon! NO SCRATCHES, NO DINGS, PERFECT. came with plastic protective film and the charger! set up was easy and my son loves his new ipad. its faster and i was very happy with the price. i paid $150+ less than what my sis paid for the EXACT SAME ipad!! i need ya'll to get with the apple watches. ugh PLEEEEEAAAASSSSEEE DO! So far so good. My little one was super excited and bc he is only 8 a new iPad was NOT the answer. We got one last year for his older sister and everything is still going strong. Thank you so much for helping make his Christmas great, he had no idea!
