I love it!! I ordered excellent condition and I got excellent condition! It works great, no scratches no complaints. It came with a screen protector which I appreciate so much! It also came with a charger and was nicely packaged. I feel like the battery drains a little fast but the battery last me for more than half the day. Be aware though, if you buy an IPhone 8 Plus the phone doesn’t update past 16.0, I believe. I was able to get all my iCloud Photos from my iPhone XR. That’s all I was worried about when buying an older iohone. So if you need a good phone for a low price, look no further!

The regular warrantee and extra protection for $7 was better than I expected. and thank you for including one of those proprietary Apple USB charging cords. I am a frugal android/DOS user--last Mac product I spent MY money on had 512KB RAM in it with a 400KB Single Sided 3.5" floppy drive. Only wanted this iProduct so I could run a specific iOS app not available in windows or android. That Bluetooth remote control app worked flawlessly the first time I connected my Zoom H4 recorder/mics on the other side of the room. I can see what the fuss is about. It's a good platform and thanks to BackMarket and Gadget Lab, I am giving it a chance to sing and dance... I would never consider buying one of these iTablets at full price or even last year's clearance price. ~W~

I ordered the iPad 10.2 and I received it within the time given for delivery. I was able to set it up easily and after several weeks it still works perfectly. I am very well satisfied with my purchase and would definitely consider to make additional purchases from Black Market in the future.

When I ordered "Excellent" instead of "Premium" I expected something to indicate it wasn't perfect. I can't find any defects so it looks "Premium" to me. Backmarket always delivers and never disappoints - on price or quality!

Purchased a fair IPhone 12 and all i was worried about was it having too many scratches and the battery capacity being below 80%... surprisingly the phone came in with just 1 small scratch and the battery capacity at 98% :) works like a new phone and came in 2 days earlier than expected, 100% recommend.
