The controller isn't as good as the official remote, but still a very good controller. The vibration gets a bit strange when you use it while it's plugged in and its slightly less comfortable to hold than the official controller, but 1) The vibration definitely isn't a deal breaker(it's not that bad [noticable, but barely]), 2) That's what grips are for(you guys should start making comfort grips for remotes), and 3) for that price? Sure, I'll take that. If you don't worry about money, the official controller is obviously better, but this controller is certainly a steal for anyone trying to be frugal.

Shows up broken, none of the should buttons work at all. I sent a message to the provider. Still haven't heard back after 2 days. Sent during business hours too. Hopefully this can be resolved soon. Edit: I've been sent another controller that works, the vibration is a little harsh but if that's the only problem I am okay with it.

It showed up broken. I've never been more upset at an online order, the right joystick is completely caved in and the grips don't even look like they belong on the controller, with huge gapping. However, the store immediately and without question refunded me and took care of me, so at least there's that. I'd like to think it was a shipping accident that destroyed the joystick but the grips don't even appear to fit correctly and that's not a shipping issue. The store has been good, and having only bought one product, I can't speak to a typical buying experience. ...At least if it's wrong, they take care of you. I may try it once more from them, I hope others have better luck.
