I like my phone. It works well. My only complaint is that you no longer have live support. This is crucial as humans we like to interact with humans regarding our concerns. Keep the human connection it will keep you relevant in your space.

Everything works fine, phone is in excellent condition as advertised.

I bought 4 items from back market, I think only the phone from this seller. A watch from another seller and two sets of beats pro from another. Had to return a set of beats immediately. The watch has never worked right and it took two weeks to unlock it as it locked with a pin when I received it. Now the phone I find out when trying to use the esim is locked to T-Mobile, according to Samsung, according to T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile it is completely unlocked. All eSIM settings are greyed out, esim IMEI greyed out and will not copy, network unlock button was showing when on line with tech support and when I hung up it immediately disappeared. Also the phone has not updated since 2022 it is still running android 12 and one UI 4.1, when the current is android 14 and 6.1. It also shows no network name and unknown on several things that should not be unknown. The website does a good job of making you feel like they have your back, until you hit buy and then you are cast into obscurity. All links lead to cookie cutter solutions and none lead to a person. You have an issue you will have track down the seller, package everything that comes with, send back and be without a phone or item only to get word that the seller does not offer repair or replacement. So only refunds but any damage or after 30 day and they will scrutinize your device I'm sure. I got damage protection because if the folks not being water resistant, so my experience has just been trying to figure what they needed with to get it reset. Samsung said I needed to bring it an authorized service center as they could do more troubleshooting on the phone. The last straw for me. I wanted to get a good deal on a good phone, not a cheap phone. I got left holding the bag, but hopefully my experience with Asurion will be better. Good luck and make sure you ship around, Amazon refurbished has some good deals.
