    The delivery was early but the product does not operate with efficiency. Calls drop after 7seconds of talking, phone has a difficult time finding 5G coverage. I'm trying to currently return or trade in.

    Ordered an S22. Phone arrived, still locked. I have spent 6 hours working with T-Mobil, trying to get it to work. No luck so far. 24 hours to go, waiting on a reply from Back Market. Ridiculous. No 1-800 number? Nothing helpful in the moment? Really disappointed.

    Unable to setup with my carrier due to settings menu items missing. The SIM manager menu was missing which could mean it's a locked phone and I ordered an unlocked phone. Returning it and hope to receive the correct item. I purchased my wife the same phone in October 2023 and did not have this problem.

    screen had a small thin white line in middle of flip in 5 days it gradually turned to black and left medium ink blot and top of screen was unresponsive after that. it was never dropped or carried on my person it is a extra phone I left on my desk and used as home phone

    When I close the phone, the phone powers off completely. I can't close the phone without it powering off completely, which is inconvenient and annoying.
