The phone looks like a brand new phone that's never seen a minute of use. Impeccable! It operates just like my other phone did when it was new. I'm very happy with the service. Also forgot to mention that it got here super fast. I wasted my time with "You break I Fix". They've had my damaged phone for nearly 3 weeks and no progress on the repair. Total waste of time. Should've come here first. I'm a customer for life!

The phone came in excellent condition and like brand new! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase! What a deal. 100% recommend if you want to save some money but still want a good quality device.

I am thrilled with my purchase of a Galaxy note 20 ultra 5g phone from Back<MARKET. My first impression after i purchased the phone was I liked the way they kept me informed about the products shipment information an even told me when it arrived. (I already knew...but I like the fact they followed through) The Phone I received was flawless and saved me a bunch of money compared to the price of a new one. Set up was a piece of cake. I'm considering a more up to date PC and will be checking these guys out again.

Came in excellent condition. Fast working, responsive, good battery life. Only con I've noticed is it will charge up to 99%. It will say 100% but as soon as you take it off the charge it shows 99%. Not a big deal. Takes 1hr 28 mins to fully charge. And the camera is AMAZING!!!!

Phone arrived when expected. Condition was great, looked new, powered up fine. All seems to be working well. My only concern is that, often, when I plug in the cord to charge the battery, i get the notice to check connection, and it seems to be charging slowly, even though the connection is good. I don't know if this is a phone issue, maybe the reason it was originally returned, or if it is a cord issue.

Right out of the box, an ALL STAR! Looks brand new and acts like it...easy to set up and much faster than my retired model. One impressive facet - it has a much better "antenna" than my previous models, so I don't have to find my daily hotspot to get mobile data. So far it is yielding a pleasant experience...and thanks for this service.
