Super disappointed with my 2nd order after a great 1st experience. Computers were shipped horribly and likely damaged in transit, on top of being dirty and in greater disrepair than advertised, complete with missing keys and broken cameras.

I got the computer for my little brother and he said it’s okay and there’s nothing wrong with it. So I’m happy.

This is a fraudulent site. I never received the computer. The seller never reached out with any information. Just created a shipping label that never moved through the system 9400 1112 0621 8577 2314 42. But the site says delivered. I ordered this on October 8th it’s October 22nd. The original delivery date was supposed to be October 12th. No worth the time or headache you are going to get please go somewhere else.

Absolutely ridiculous. The computer was filthy when it arrived, and beyond that hadn’t been wiped before being shipped and still had all of the corporate monitoring software that it’s previous owners used, including tracking my location and webcam, which I was not expecting in my own home. I am trying to get a refund but this website’s "ask for help" system is byzantine and useless

This worked very well until Friday when it went black and could not be revived.Weekend without football 😥
