Little worried about buying refurbished. I was concerned about the condition of the phone even though it was listed as in Excellent condition. When I opened the box, all my fears went away. This was the best purchase I could have ever made. I can only hope that should I ever need it, their service after the sale, repairs or replacement will be as good or better than the service I have received thus far. Buying a refurbished phone from Back Market is a no Brainer! THANK YOU!!

i got this because i quickly became sucked into the gimmick of the flip phones. it has quickly become my daily phone!! (: i really like how small it is, i tuck it in my pocket at work and i like accessing the media player from the cover screen without having to open the phone. the battery is of course, lacking compared to my s23+, but i quickly got used to it, and it still gets me through a full day's work. although i got the 'good' condition, i didn't notice any blemishes of any sort, and it works just fine pairing with my watch 4 and samsung buds. thank you very much back market,i took a chance on you guys and i'm very satisfied 😌

received the phone pretty fast and in the condition I selected "excellent" the only down side was that I received the phone locked when I selected an "unlock" version of the phone. Customer service was helpful but it was a pain trying to find a number to call. But It was resolved in the end, if I would've received an unlocked phone I wouldn't have mind giving 5 stars.

It works really good and feels nice but when I try calling someone it goes dead silent and I can't hear anyone on the other side but they can hear me so I ask them to call me back and when they do i can hear them clear as day.

My order arrived promptly. It wasn't in flawless shape as I expected after my last order coming in excellent shape and not expecting that, but it wasn't in bad shape. Hardly noticeable, I just inspected pretty close because of the previous order being more than expected. Set up ran smooth and we're off and running. Very happy again.

This is a late feedback as I opened the phone after several months (after I received it). The phone is very nice and it is unlocked. Works on all connections and I love it. Good furbished phone and I got a good deal in Backmarket.

I just received my Galaxy s22 unlocked in fair condition the phone practically looks brand new with only a few minor scratches on the screen barely noticeable the camera's work fine I only heard of backmarket maybe about a month and I had to give it a try and boy was I surprised everything on the phone works overall I give the company and the phone a five-star rating it came with a charger and cord

The quality of the phone was outstanding. Could not believe this is a refurb. No scratches dents or imperfections. Phone appears brand new. The only thing missing was the original box. But whats a box hot to do with the Quality and condition. Everuthing is working beautifully. No doubt in my mind that wjen the need for a new phone arises Back Market is my place to go. This is my second phone purchase through Back Market. I picked out a newer version of the Galaxy Flip (I had the OG version that I got from Back Market two years ago). This phone arrived even faster than expected and was in excellent condition - one small mark on the hinge but otherwise spotless. Once received, we easily activated it and moved my SIM over. No trips to the store. It runs beautifully and I'm extremely happy once again with a great phone for a fraction of the price of paying new.
