good product, works just as i hoped. just took a little longer to ship out than i expected but product itself was great.

So far so good! Everything seems to be working just fine. It looks clean and unblemished as well.

I ordered and paid for a Magic Mouse Order #6305152. It wasn't in the box. When I followed up with Back Market I got an auto-response that there was a message for me on their website. But their website said I had no orders and I couldn't find a message. They still haven't contacted me and I still don't have the mouse I paid for. I'm wondering if it was a scam.

My iPad never came! It’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have the product or my refund. The seller marked it as shipped and delivered but never shipped it. Ups has no record and customer service is doing an investigation when they know ups never received the item. I would not deal with this seller and probably not the company again. This was a bad first experience being this was a gift for my son for Christmas and it is now January.

I bought this mouse and it took longer than expected to arrive. Besides, the green button on it turns on but the Bluetooth doesn't seem to work. I have followed many different tutorials to pair it with a MacBook and none of them, helped me solve the problem.

I never received my mouse. Weeks later I checked the tracking through UPS and spoke with them through live chat, I was told the label was created but the item was never shipped. I emailed the seller about this, I never received a response. Now today I’m checking on the status and the site says it was delivered weeks ago. Which is not true because just a few days ago UPS said it hadn’t been received for shipping only the label was created. I’ve reached out again to the seller for a response a 2nd time for a full refund.

Never received item or refund. I see a trend here with other buyers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! I have been trying unsuccessfully for a month and a half to get a refund for an item they never shipped. They claim there was a problem, with UPS. See other reviews that are staying the SAME thing.

Never received item! It was acknowledged it was a delivery error on seller end but still have refunded me. Stated they needed to go through a process requiring copies of my personal information, a letter, and ongoing paperwork sent over unsecured platforms in order to “FORCE” seller to refund me. When you spend over a thousand dollars you would expect more prompt and respectful customer service standard or a refund. Not the case here. Just pray that you receive your item so you don’t have to go through this mess. I have also been told that certain processes are “policy” but they have yet to provide me any documentation of such.
