My IPhone 12 was delivered and I was pleasantly surprised by the item. I ordered a good instead of excellent in hopes the difference would not be an issue. It was absolutely flawless in my opinion. The truth will rely on the performance. I had my local ATT tech check it out for me. He said it appeared to be in good working order. Thank you Backmarket for a great transaction.

I love it!!!! It’s the perfect size for me!! It’s works perfectly, and only has a few light scratches on the screen but other than that it’s great!!! I’m so glad I bought it refurbished!!

It works great with little flaws. Battery life is fantastic the thing I dont like is how it delivered 1 day and a 1/2 after the expected delivery day I almost thought something happened to my package but in the end irmt worked out fine.

This phone came in great shape internally with a really good battery capacity of 86% for being an old phone. The exterior was in the “good” category so it of course has some scratches but overall still pretty clean. I have purchased three devices (2 phones and a laptop) from back market and each time was a fantastic purchase. I hope to continue buying devices from back market in the future!

Phone arrived quickly and was exactly as described. A couple tiny nicks in the blue only around the camera, no scratches or dents. Have had no issues with it.

Got the top tear rated phone. I was expecting perfect but there were still some scratches around the frame of the phone. Still, completely happy with my purchase. I will be using. Backmarket again!
