It’s terrible it worked for three weeks. In those three weeks I used it like 8 times and I came home from work to use my pc and it was off. My pc was on but the monitor was dead. Checked all of the connections. I unplugged everything restarted everything and it wouldn’t turn on. I then took away the monitor and installed my previous monitor and the old monitor worked. I then plugged in this monitor by it self to see if it would turn on without being connected to the pc and it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed you guys to tell you and I never got an email back. It’s frankly unacceptable, given the price I paid for this refurbished monitor.

The product is like new and shipped in sturdy packaging with all the hardware. I would think it was brand new.

Order is good, but it came a bit too late but that’s mostly my fault. I returned it, and am currently talking to the seller and support. Both are super nice and I suggest this if you need a computer!
