    Great experience with Back Market and iPower Resale. The MacBook Pro arrived quickly, exactly as described in excellent condition, and works perfectly. Apple charging brick and cable were included, which was a nice bonus. Well packaged, smooth setup, and great value for the price. Would definitely buy again.

    I bought this in Feb 2026 and the current iPad is the 8th generation. After reviewing the specs, I thought the 7th-generation iPad Pro would be an ideal purchase based on price and functionality. The most affordable platform I found was from Back Market. It arrived within 2-3 days of purchase and was exactly what I needed.

    Nice device, happy to get a good price for a 2025 model. It is a bit larger than my previous iPad, so did not fit in my book stand/cover so had to get another one. And there is no home button, which I prefer. I have a hard time swiping! (What is with the no home buttons, Apple?? My phone is the same way, please bring them back). So far, so good with everything else, including its ability to automatically stop charging at 80%. Good move. Thanks and thanks for refurbishing and great customer service.

    The iPad seems in perfect condition. After using it daily for about 10 days, I find no problems. It looks like new, battery charges quickly and lasts all day. The entire purchase experience was A++ from order form to communication to delivery. On time, in fact 2 days early. If I had a criticism it would be that that BackMarket is unreachable by email or phone. I wanted to send them a comment and you simply can't. Odd. I would totally use them again--I buy refurbished often.

    This was a birthday present for my wife, who uses it for works. She really loves it. She previously used an old dell laptop, so making the switch to Apple took a bit of getting used to. I would recommend buying refurbished instead of new. It came with a small blemish, which I knew before buying. No big deal. I’ll be back when I upgrade my phone!

    Amazing performance. Brand new and arrived in the original packaging with the charging brick and cable. Absolutely no complaints thus far. Not a scuff or scratch in sight. All there was was a visible fingerprint on the touchbar which is expected. Hopefully it lasts me a while. I don’t plan a on ever buying directly from Apple again for macbooks. Great savings.
