Pleasantly surprised at the quality! If I didn’t know better, I would have thought it came from Apple. Even the start screen was like a new one. No particular issues getting it activated with T-Mobile except for the normal issues porting a number from another carrier. Very happy, Thanks!

The quality and condition of my iPhone SE (2022) was great. Price was great. I could not have asked for a better deal.

Ordered a phone and they sent a lesser equipped model without telling me. Returned this unit expecting an exchange and without any communication they just refunded my money. They only informed me the unit I purchased was not available.

I bought an iPhone rated as good condition. Couldn’t be happier with it. You have to look hard to see any evidence of wear. The phone works as it should and was easy to transfer everything from the old phone to the new. If I need another phone I’ll check out Backmarket first.

Iphone xr with burn in in the screen and bad battery

The phone I was sold is "Device Blocked"—meaning it cannot ever be used with the stated carrier due to fraud issues. Very disappointing! Won't be doing this again!
