The head set mic did not work. But the seller refunded me promptly and was very apologetic. The headphones had separate tracking but arrived in the same parcel so I never got updates.

The headphones do not work. The charging lights come on when they are plugged in. After the light turned to green though the headphones would not power on. I even tried leaving them plugged in for 24 hours and they still will not power on.

Item was sent to me on time. Thank you but, unfortunately the didn't work!!! It refused to charge! I left in electical socket for 2 days, then in portable charger for 1 day....(NO CHARGE; "NOTHING" )

It works, I am happy.

Product is pristine as advertised, I did have to reset it to clear out connected devices from previous owner, but it works fine.
