Online ordering and the quality of service are excellent. However, we ordered an iPhone XS 256 GB to replace our 32 GB iPhone XS. Our phone was in perfect working condition, it simply had insufficient storage. The phone we received had a non-Apple battery in it (okay, so they say the error messages will go away in 15 days), but the battery dies mid-day every day and needs to be recharged throughout the day. I sent it back yesterday for a replacement and requested an original battery and one that's tested for discharge rate. We'll see how that goes.... Returning the phone we bought was easy. I will update this post once BB returns another phone.

Bought a refurbished IPhone XS and the item arrived with a dead battery. Tried to charge and get a “unknown part” error which won’t show battery health or charge percentage. Battery never charged after hours being plugged in. This is more trouble than it’s worth for the savings.

iPhone was refurbished with spurious battery that gives the 'Unknown Part' warning in settings! Battery drained 12-15% by watching a 16 minute youtube video on wifi fullscreen. That's beyond concerning! the XS model isn't ancient, and should last a good while longer, and I don't see why I should get a phone that clearly displays warnings when it's sold as 'very good' even if used. An original battery replacement is sold by apple at $69, and i'm sure refurbishers can get the same battery for much less.

So far, so good! We'll see how it goes. We haven't used this yet as my daughter is away at school, but she will be home this week!

Phone was in good condition when opening except for one major problem with the screen glitching out at random times. Sent it in to get it fixed expecting it to come back in a week in a half. They held on to it for 2 weeks then suddenly gave up and gave me a refund instead.

I ordered excellent, got a phone with scratches and chips in the body visible from 5 feet away, DEFINETLY not "less than 8" after booting up the phone it says "This is not a genuine apple screen, check settings" phone shipped in empty "made in China" screen box. With classic English grammar problems on the box "Screen good for the bright light" -Great. I know apples are made in china too, but still. Battery was at 88% life would have had to change in a year, I guess that's okay. My main issue is paying for excellent and definitely getting "fair" at best

Great shape and look. Pleased with the phone.

The phone looked almost new but behaved like it was 10 years old. The screen would randomly go blank, the camera button didnt work, it felt slow

So far, it's doing great. Minor scratches but it still looks great. Mobile cell phone companies poke your eyes out than ask for a deductible that we can actually buy a better fair cost phones here.

Phone works fine, but the battery warning message doesn’t go away even after a week after I received it.
