Came quickly (3 days) like it said, came in excellent condition just like I ordered!! Only found one tiny nick on the back that’s not even noticeable after the case and everything else was perfect literally new:) I’ve had it for 4 days now and I have been LOVING my new iPad, the games run smoothly and never lag, I have very good wifi so it plays a big part! I’m so satisfied with my order, I use it everyday and the battery is awesome too! I can play for 4-5 hours nonstop before the battery gets low, I am in love. No issues so far! Do wish I had gotten more storage though haha, not a problem though can always buy more. Never been happier thank you so much:)

Overall, very happy with the purchase of this watch. Did notice one small scratch on the screen (off the display, so not too distracting), and two small ‘nicks’ on the body. Purchased in excellent condition, but this is not unexpected with a refurbished unit. Battery health is at 95%, which is great! The price was right, so would certainly recommend.

I have purchased the same iPad and condition from other places and it was trash. Back Market is the best and I love my iPad already .

The packaging has me worried i got scammed at first. It was in a “smart device” box. I was expecting a white apple box but got a box with a guy taking a selfie of a group. But inside that box was my Apple Watch Series 5 and its charger. Absolutely clean, all black connected with my iPhone as soon as it turned on. I was nervous at first but I’m happy with my purchase!!

I have purchased several items from Back Market over the past several years. I have been very happy with the quality of each project, as well as with the overall purchase process. The Apple Watch Series 9 purchase was excellent. The watch was in "as new" condition, and delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

The phone came in amazing condition cosmetic wise, but the battery health is at 81 percent which is still good but not optimal for something as small as an iPhone 13 mini, and I’d like to know if I could have Apple themselves replace it without voiding my warranty or the seller somehow, other than that a great experience with lightning fast shipping that was free, the phone came 2 days early.

like the iphone 14 Pro 256GB so far. camera is as good as I'd hoped it to be. bit surprised as to how warm the phone gets. still getting a feel for how good the battery life is ..... ie: how quickly the battery life deminishes. the set up went smoothly.
