The phone came in amazing condition cosmetic wise, but the battery health is at 81 percent which is still good but not optimal for something as small as an iPhone 13 mini, and I’d like to know if I could have Apple themselves replace it without voiding my warranty or the seller somehow, other than that a great experience with lightning fast shipping that was free, the phone came 2 days early.

Great laptop! I currently have a macbook pro 14 inch with m2 chip from work, but I wanted a bigger screen and use it for mu personal business, and this laptop has exceeded my expectations. Sure the fan kicks in and you may have to plug it in sooner if you’re using it for heavy loads. But honestly those are small things compared to the bigger picture. This laptop is excellent. Too bad tech companies won’t support the system forever. Perhaps the only reason I will ever have to buy another used one. Get it! This is a steal and it helps offset tech waste!

I am really pleasantly surprised by my recent experience. The whole process was really smooth and painless. I got this iPhone 13 mini (provided by Kiss Electronics Inc) to replace my aging iPhone 6S. The phone arrived in perfect condition - it was as good as new (I got the "Excellent" grade). I'll definitely be returning to Back Market.

I am a lack for words on how amazing my experience with Back Market was and what an outstanding product my iPhone 13 mini is. The phone is indistinguishable from new. No marks, no scrapes, no dead pixels, and a battery that has 100% health. All I can say is this the second time I’ve used Back Market and in my opinion there is no other place to get high quality gear.

Really good! The phone is in a very good condition (Ordered iP11 Excellent), very light scratches on the back but otherwise flawless and camera is amazing, comes with a charger and charging brick and mine arrived with 87 percent battery health, all original apple parts face id works, and it does have true tone display!

I also received more for my trade-in iPhone than Apple offered, and I received the funds for my trade-in very quickly.
