I was a bit hesitant to order my phone at first since I’d never bought a refurbished device before, and I had seen a few negative reviews on social media. But I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! The shipping was quick, the phone looks brand new, and it runs perfectly — you’d never guess it’s refurbished. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This is my 2nd iPhone purchase on backmarket. The product was in great condition and works properly, the shipping was fast. You can’t really ask for more. It’s good to be able to buy refurbished phone with peace of mind.

Best service and the device turned to be completely fantastic. I loved the fact that it feels like pretty new and not a refurbished one. Shipping was quick and they also assisted me while I made a mistake putting the address.

It's my first time buying from here so I'm surprised how great it is! The phone came sparkly brand new, with no scratches, or glue marks, even the pen's tip is in perfect shape. The sound system is good and the camera quality is great. It feels like a new phone rather than a refurbished one, which is unexpected to me because I bought from Amazon twice before and both of the phones came with scratched, dull pen's tip, and one even got Verizon locked when they claimed it would be Unlocked. I returned them both and bought this one here, so glad I did! I never had a white Samsung before and gotta admit it looks so much better than my black one, the white and silver gave it a futuristic look. Wow I’m shocked like wow I feel like I literally bought this from apple itself I bought this in excellent condition and let me tell you that’s just how it came no scratches and literally brand new screen is beautiful and back is beautiful what a upgrade from a iPhone 8plus I love the iPhone 15 plus what was I missing I did have an issue with shipping but they literally was right on it the whole way great customer service

Purchased an “excellent” condition Apple Watch Series 7. If the product didn’t arrived with a poor charger causing the watch to get hot while charging I would have given 5 stars. After I bought a new charger it’s charging perfectly and working great so far.

Fast shipment and the phone arrived in way better condition than expected. I used the student discount which was another way to save. I ordered the "good" version of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, and it looked brand-new except for a small, approximately 0.5 mm nick on the bezel. The nick was not noticeable at all, until I gave the phone a very thorough inspection. The phone still looks absolutely beautiful. The OLED screen is so much more colorful than the one on my old phone, and the processor is so fast! The phone came with a factory reset, i.e., it showed everything erased and a new Samsung operating system installed. This is good security practice. To get started, I popped in a SIM card from my 5-year-old TracFone, spent a few minutes adjusting settings, and I was ready to go. The only thing that was included with the phone was a USB-C-to-USB-C cord. Before ordering, I read that most phones come with the bare minimum and aren't in factory packaging, but with the price being so low, I considered that part of the bargain. Most people have extra USB-C chargers anyways, but consider that newer phones, including mine, can be charged wirelessly or through "fast"-type charge...

Absolutely love my Samsung A23 5G phone!! Looks brand new and have had no issues. Highly recommend anyone looking for refurbished to buy here. Will buy from you guys again when the need arises. Thank you so much!!

I want a refund, or another google pixel of the same model or better. Preferably another one in excellent condition or the next model up at the same price, because after a week or so of using this the camera has a rattling sound emanating from the back of the phone like something is broken or loose inside the camera compartment on the back of the google pixel. I cannot find out what it is or how to stop it from doing this, but the last thing I want is refurbished phone purchased in excellent condition to be damaged or have parts inside that are falling apart. If bought a poor-quality phone or a cheap phone from a pawn shop, I would expect this, but I purchased the best one you got, its expensive, and its clearly got something wrong with it. What can you all do about this? cheers patrick
