Very happy with the condition of the laptop I received. Runs well and came in excellent physical condition, as promised. And an excellent price for a refurbished unit.

with the stylus being pictured we definitely expected a stylus to come with it. other than that, this machine is excellent and went to a small buisness owner being used for editing/vinal cutting / sublimation printing. its only been a couple weeks but so far she loves it.

Th device has some issues, mostly if the brightness is turned all the way up. The screen will shut off and I have to keep opening and shutting the pc until I can manage to turn the brightness back down before it shuts off again.

The device arrived quickly in exactly the condition described (Excellent). Thanks for the great service!

The laptop came really nice, and setting up was easy. It was basically new, and I love how it works so far.

Super easy to get set up and transfer over account things. Just a bit of work to clean up the CPU load and performance issues. Holds stickers nicely and my cat loves it too.
