I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro from Mercate Group for work and it came within 2-3 days, which was great. However, once I got it, the phone was completely unusable and entirely inappropriate for resale. There is no way this was tested or refurbished in any way. It would only turn on when connected to a power source, which I thought meant it just needed a charge. I was wrong. Despite appearing to be fully charged, it shut down immediately once it was unplugged from the wall. Beyond that, even when it was plugged into the wall, the phone would shut down if I attempted to open the camera, any application or the settings. I was so disappointed by this experience especially since the website claims to test its products before they are made available. Even more so that I am now without a work phone for at least a week.

the phone is in good condition as expected. however LOOK CLOSELY AT THE REFURBISHING COMPANY. Mercate group sent me the wrong tracking info and it took 2 weeks longer to receive the phone. There was no communication from Mercate group. Just make sure the refurbishing company you buy from is a few years old.

I ordered an Iphone 14 Pro in the EXCELLENT category. What I received was more like a GOOD -. There were nicks and scratches in several areas around the screen perimeter. I believe it was to come with a charging cord, and did not. While none of these are necessarily deal breakers, it was disappointing. The phone I'm trading in is in much better condition, and I'll be very upset if they try to downgrade it upon receipt (happened to me with an earlier trade-in with someone else). Through the help center it looks like I have the opportunity to return it, but then I'm without a phone, so what doesn't work. Besides that, the process was easy, and the communication very good.

I really enjoy the one plus however my phone provided doesn't offer them as an option. So I went here. I am please with the product. Works as expected and in near perfect condition.

As listed, by its categorization as FAIR, the item I received indeed matched the FAIR condition description. As the adage goes, you get what you pay for. Overall, I am satisfied with our purchase; however, it would have been preferable if the screen did not exhibit numerous visible deep scratches.

I’m quite pleased with this phone. It has a couple minor scratches on the screen but otherwise in great condition.

Phone order was fulfilled by Mercate group LLC. I ordered an excellent iPhone 14 Pro and it was in terrible condition. Order from Amazon, luckily wasn’t fulfilled by mercate group as I see they sell there as well and it was like new and had 99% battery life. Return was easy and quick. Refund is only the way. Wish I could post photos in my review of the condition. Ridiculous.
