The refurbisher provided an ipad pro 10.5 the exceeded the description of fair in external appearance. I couldnt find adent or a scratch. Also i checked the battery health on imazing.com and it said the ipad pro has 92% Also delivered was a day sooner than expected. However, an area of possible improvement for back market is answering questions. I bought a 2 year warranty and i would like clarification of the level battery health part of the warranty. What % results in replacing the battery. All i got was links to faqs that i already read. Overall, good values can be found on backm

I wasn’t expecting to get such a good product. Even if my laptop description was saying is in fair condition, it was way better than I expected. It s my first refurbished item i ever bought. The description was very accurate but the product was better than it sounded, if you know what i mean. Overall great experience. I will buy again from this site. Refurbished is the right way to go if you are short on money or you just don’t want to spend a ton of money on a product that does the same thing as the new one, or better 😁😁😁

I ordered "good" quality, my Lenovo ThinkPad Carbon X1 G9 14-inch (2017) - Core i5-7300U - 16 GB - SSD 256 GB is absolutely flawless. Thank the lord for copy and paste because there is no way I would've typed the entire product out like that otherwise. I have my beautiful machine dual-booting Ubuntu and Windows 10. It's ran smooth like butter and is the best non-gaming laptop I've ever had. No exterior damage on the chassis or screen. It is very rare to feel like you've scammed a company and that is how I feel after purchasing this product. A huge plus is also how fast it got to me from Canada! I think it took ~3 or 4 days? Once I get a new job, I am definitely getting a MacBook through BackMarket. 10/10.

The ThinkPad is awesome. While we purchased a "good" machine it arrived in excellent condition; not a scratch on it. It's blazing fast and does everything we need it to do. There was a problem initially with an electrical cord for the charger that didn't work but the seller worked with us and Back Market was great in keeping the conversation going until the issue was resolved. This is our second purchase through Back Market and we're definitely fans of buying refurbished!

My Thinkpad X1 Carbon (6th Gen) is in excellent condition even though I ordered it in Fine condition it really exceeded my expectations. The best thing I'd say was the way it was packaged, it was very clean and seamless the product was held down in a way where it was protected and it came with everything I needed. Great Job 👍

Fantastic place to buy from. I've used it many times and have never had a problem. I'm a Mac guy, but needed a PC for a few things. This Surface is my new day to day computer now honestly.

So the product itself is great condition and runs as should, even shocked me with how well it runs actually hence why I haven't returned it as I was in a bit of a rush to get a computer to get back to work. Everything was seamless and it was a overall good experience BUT The laptop I ordered was advertised as a 2020 Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga. The one I had received is actually a 2018 Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga with the biggest difference being that this one has a rather cheap plastic chassis rather than the aluminum one Lenovo started using in 2019. Otherwise no complaints and the laptop is in better condition than they advertised and it works great so even though I'm a bit disappointed that it was suppose to be a new model with the aluminum chassis I'm still pretty happy with my purchase.

Awesome deal, was looking to upgrade my work computer. Was looking for a refurbished MacBook and found this on Back Market. When it arrived, it was brand spanking new in factory sealed box. Great Value, Execeptional service & timely shipping.

The vendor I purchased from didn't have the item, and after your staff intervened, substituted an appropriate item. There was no information about this until I complained, but once I alerted your staff, things went smoothly and I got great information on the process from that point forward.

It works fine, just a short readjustment to get the "mouse" clicks to work (turns out, using the inside corner of both left and right click don't work). Still considering abandoning Windows, but don't really use a laptop for what I used to (retired systems level programmer (did op systems). Overall, very happy.
