This is my 5th device purchased from Back Market and what a terrific refurbisher! This MacBook Air is a good machine. However, it was marked "excellent condition," but it was not as flawless previous devices I've purchased from BM. There were minor scratches on the screen, minor scratches on the lid, and about 6 of the keys are well worn and very shiny due to use. Assuredly, not in excellent condition by Back Market standards. However, with the purchase of a plastic cover and a thin keyboard cover, the problem is not visible.

Everything with the MacBook is great, except that the MacBook only stays on when it is plugged into an outlet. It turns off after unplugging it. There is an issue with the health of the battery. This is very inconvenient considering I the MacBook for mobility when using it.

It’s been so good so far! Definitely got a good price and communication was great.

I feel like the product is great. I was just highly upset that it didn’t charge because the computer is in great condition and I actually like it but the only issue is that it’s not charging
