Shipping took a week longer than expected, but that was the fault of the carrier. However, the phone came in excellent condition. No scratches or dents. I do have a message on my phone that keeps telling me I have a unknown part within the phone. I figure it is because it is refurbished other than that I have had no issues. I would purchase again.

I bought this phone for really cheap. battery still at 100% and no scratches. Basically new!! I highly recommend to get you a phone especially if you are in need of an upgrade.

I was excited to receive this phone as I am upgrading from the iPhone 7 Plus after yearsss of having it. I honestly am satisfied so far with this product (after less than 24 hrs of having it). For the price, amount of GB which I got 512, and outer aesthetic, this device really is worth the price. I would have preferred if the phone came in a box at least. It came bare wrapped in thin packing styrofoam and the charger it came with was loose in the package. The delivery was 1 day late but I wasn’t in a rush to receive it. Overall, I am pleased! I also had the student discount which helped with the purchase as I was on a budget!!

Order was shipped promptly, but when I received the phone the screen was not in "perfect" condition as per the description of the condition. It had multiple deep scratches. I requested a repair or replacement. Even though the seller still has the exact same model, color and condition phone (but at a higher price now) I got a refund. Customer service was prompt and helpful, but in the end I'm still without a phone even though the seller could have replaced the damaged phone they sent me

Customer service is greet. Ended up getting a phone with no working microphone and some weird pressure marks on the screen had to ship it back which took a while and still seems like the screen is messed up but overall I can live with that

Phone was in horrible condition even though I selected excellent with a message that it has an unauthentic replacement parts. I am trying to return it, but the return is taking way too long and they are not even responding. They said that to get a return shipping label it will take about a week. I have been waiting and when they finally did it I asked is there anything else I need to do? Is it ready to be returned? Because it’s not like Amazon or anything where there is a return that you start and it keeps track of it so I didn’t wanna just set the phone back on the money but yet nobody’s responding Never buy from this app again

Side of camera was cracked a little bit but overall it’s good 9/10.
