    Worked great when I got it initially. After just 8 days it started acting funny: Siri randomly popped up and just sat there; while I was looking at the screen it would just go off then come back up, telling me that I had to enter my pin to unlock - facial recognition became dicey; then it would act like someone else was trying to use the phone and the emergency phone call screen would come up and just sit there. It took me a while to get it to shut off. Then I did a power recycle and it wouldn't come back on. So I plugged it thinking that it needed recharging and ended up with instructions to plug it into my computer and go to support.apple.com/iphone/restore. Except nothing I tried on that page worked -- I couldn't even turn it off. No way to wipe the phone or back it up so I can get a new phone. So everything is lost. (My temporary phone backup on the iCloud was wiped just the day before).
