I'm still learning the ins and outs of the device, but the company (Back Market) has impressed me. Items were delivered earlier than expected in excellent shape. Since my phone was refurbished, there was no instruction booklet, but all that is available online. In fact, I keep getting emails with instructions, and there's a "getting to know your Pixel" icon on the phone for quick reference. Going from a Pixel 2 to the 7 is somewhat of a learning curve, but the phone does what I need it to do and does it well. The Visible promotion on Back Market was a bonus! Next time I need a new device, I'll be checking Back Market first.

The phone is in really good shape. So far so good! The one issue I've had in the past with Back Market refurbished phones is battery life, which I won't know on this one until later. I'll try to update this once I'm clear on that point.

Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased with my device. The price is great, the condition is great, and the performance is great. I will more than likely use backmarket again in the future when I need an upgrade.

The phone was in excellent condition (actually like-new) as promised. The purchase process was smooth. It probably cost a little more than at Swappa.com, but there was more purchase protection and a much longer warranty available at reasonable cost.

Transferring from my old phone to the new one went easily using the built-in software. Then Back Market sent me a box to use to send my old phone back to them for my trade-in. I made the phone upgrade for just over $200! Which is a lot better than paying a thousand bucks at the wireless company store. Yes, my phone is a year-old model. I'm fine with that. The phone is a very noticeable upgrade from my old phone, much faster and with sharper resolution. I went with high quality to get a battery that would keep going for a couple of days, and I'm glad to have spent the extra money.

I ordered a Google Pixel 7 Pro 256GB - White - Unlocked in Excellent grade. The phone arrived packaged pretty well. I will say from what I can observe the phone is indeed in excellent condition. Only some very minimal scratches on the camera bar. The screen is nearly mint. I don't know how healthy the battery is, and will continue to monitor it's health and behavior with Accubattery but initial behavior seems good.

I was able to set up my new phone by USB cable from my old Android and it went well, but not all of my apps transferred over. I do have the Google Pixel 8 Pro all set up and personalized now and it is working well.

I really love this phone. It feels brand new. Looks brand new. Functions brand new. It was truly an upgrade from my pixel 5. I order from this site all the time and I've only been disappointed once with a laptop but the return was easy. I'll be buying a MacBook from backmarket soon. So far, my pixel 8 pro was worth every penny!!!

The phone arrived on time; I didn’t have to wait long to receive it. It came with some slight scratches on the back and sides — they’re not very noticeable, but they do make you think a bit since I had selected the “premium” condition. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great phone, I would definitely buy from Back Market again.
