Okay let me just say I love this phone I brought this phone in “good condition” and it has no problems it actually came in GRADE A, I recommend buying this phone from this seller I had no shipping problems or problems with the phone. The only things was the batter percentage which was 87% but that’s still not bad for a good functioning phone and it do sometimes freeze.

The phone was in near-great condition and was another great deal from Backmarket. Only complaint is that this refurbisher took the longest (7 days) to deliver of all the items I have purchased from Backmarket.

This is my first purchase with back market I’m overall happy with my purchase. There are two small places on the screen so I feel like it should have been good instead or excellent condition. Battery is 85%. It did come almost dead so I had to charge before I could switch it over. I will buy again though.

only cosmetic damage on fair phone was the casing barely any damage the screen was replaced improperly OR is a non genuine part which iphones recognize batter was 98% health it's ok

The phone is glitching and freezing not happy with my purchase. And I can’t remember if I’m still in my 30 days to return it… I did return it 4 days ago still waiting for my ref

The phone works well, however, the charging block did not work and the phone would not charge with it. The battery seems to drain fast also.
