I purchased the Apple refurbished Iphone 7 256 gb, new shell and new battery, battery health is 100%. Phone is so far excellent, like a new phone with hard to get 256 gb. storage. Everything about Back Market has been excellent so far.

Ordered an Apple Certified Refurbished iPhone 7 256GB, and am very pleased. First Back Market buying experience and I was a bit wary. I was skeptical when the shipping package arrived as a messy hand-taped affair, but inside was a true Apple Refurb phone. Apple's in-house refurb products are always great in my experience, coming essentially brand new in sealed box with all new accessories, case, full battery, etc. This was no different. Getting a slightly older model at a deep discount on Back Market was a great deal. So far the phone has worked like a charm. But even if it doesn't, there is Apple Care. I'll be checking back to see if/when BM gets Apple Cert Refurb iPhone 8 plus!

The second one, a 256gb from a different company (NOT from BM) I returned it bc it had many problems. Then I found one thru Back Market, (Quality Electronics CPO). This is the first time ordering thru BM. What I ordered: iPhone 7 - 256gb “ Refurbisher comments: This MINT device is an Apple Certified Pre-Own (CPO) device that comes directly from Apple, along with a 1 year Apple warranty. Comes in an Apple Box along with Apple provided accessories." Phone arrived exactly as described. Excellent communication with BM who kept me up to date on purchase & delivery. Bonus: Phone arrived early. Thank you!

I bought the iPhone 7 certified refurbished by Apple from BackMarket. it was more money than other refurbished iPhone 7s but worth it as it is good as new - came in box with all cables and headphones like when you buy new from apple. Phone is working great.

I was contacted promptly when color I ordered was out of stock, offering alternatives. I received a black phone promptly delivered. A refurbished by Apple unlocked iphone, it looks like new. I am going from 16gig to 128gig for $300 instead of $900 for a new iPhone Haven’t switched yet, but I love it already! Thank you!

My experience purchasing a IPhone 7 from BackMarket was great! The phone arrived just as described in mint condition. It was in a box and came with new accessories. It shipped and arrived as promised. I will definitely use BackMarket in the future . Highly recommend this company.

The iPhone 6s arrived in Mint condition. I was impressed. It came with brand new accessories, in a brand new Apple box. No complaints. It was well worth the price. It has some features I don't care for, too much work and easy to made error. Such as the calendar date and time entrees, same for alarm. I would buy from this seller again.

My iPhone 7 arrived as advertised, in original Apple packaging and pithing 2 days after placing my order. It appeared to be in perfect condition is very striking. I set it up easily and for the last week, unfortunately, I was not able to make or receive calls on the phone. Took me a few days to realize I hadn't received any and my phone network was unable to connect the phone after multiple tries. Its other functions were awesome. I'm very pleased to have a full year Apple warranty, which was also a major part of my buying decision. Sadly, I have to return the phone. I hope I can get a replacement quickly.

From start to finish, this entire process was amazing. Ordering was simple, arrived promptly on time. When I received this old brown box that the phone was packed in, my first thought was on the negative thinking "if the phone is anything like this shipping box, I made a mistake". No mistake at all, my iphone6S arrived as if it were shipped from Apple completely sealed, like a brand new phone. It works like one as well. I recommend this company for several reasons. I cannot get the phone activated. I have had tech help. They suggested I ask you who the provider previously was, can you give me that info? One more attempt and if that doesn’t work I will be returning the phone. Thanks. HR Wag
