Phone arrived in great shape with no issues. Was easy to download information from old phone and it was up and running in about 1 hour with new service. Great phone for a fair price with 1 year warranty.

The phone lowkey was awesome. It says refurbished but it lowkey looks brand new. Easy to set up. Cheap. And NO SCAMS. + it comes with a charger. The only issue is it takes at LEAST 2 days to ship, plus 3-5 days to deliver.

Delivery/Tracking was a MESS i thought i lost hundreds of dollars but thankfully backmarket noticed it too i didnt even need to contact them, they contacted me and told me they were gonna try to fix it!
