After some research I learned that the best way to avoid problems was to get the phone in the best shape. Phone showed up in mint condition and has been working properly. Ordering was easy and painless. Communication was first rate from the time of purchase to the time of delivery. I would do business with black market again.

as a customer the information out there explaining about locked, unlock phones isn't always clear. Not so much with Black market but with other sellers will sell the buyer a unlocked phone they claim and its locked. Also some phones don't operate with different carriers. I've read ATT and Verizon phones aren't compatable. . When a buyer is new buying a phone for the first time from a seller other the major carriers with new phones it can get very confusing. You hate to keep buying the wrong phone. What is very confusing Black Market is selling phones unlocked that work with Verizon and ATT that aren't supposed to be compatable. Then there's GSM which adds to the confusion. I think a link or a page explaining all this would save alot of returns and unsatisfied customers.

Bought the excellent condition iPhone 8. Looks like a brand new phone. No scratch. Screen is smooth. I like it very much.

Product was purchased as an excellent condition but I notice I am being requested to rate a very good condition instead. Not sure exactly what that difference is but I have been very pleased so far with everything. I have detected no problems to this point.

The phone seemed fine but I spent 5 hours on Total tech support to fully activate. Couldn't do certain things, group text, text pictures or emojis. They couldn't help me so I'll have to return.

The only thing I didn’t fully like was that the accessories it came with wasn’t the originals, but the phone is awesome and it doesn’t have a single scratch.

It looks, feels, and operates like brand new. Great price. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
