I love these headphones. there was some small scratches but ultimately the looked really good! ( i think i order "fair" quality) but the damage os hardly noticable and they cleanex up well. so far the battery has been lasting all day no isses. This was a super eaay process and a great deal without breaking the bank. will buy here again

I received my purchase in only three days, and the item came perfectly!

I haven't tested out the device yet, but the delivery experience was poor. I was sent the wrong tracking information and had to start an investigation after the package associated with the first tracking ID was delivered somewhere else. It ate up a good chunk of my time and certainly caused frustration.
