Purchased a refurbished Dell Inspiron to replace an older laptop that was on its last legs. Bought for my son, who has used it for over a year with no issues. Will be back!

This thing is awesome!

The laptop itself still pretty much looks brand new. Very small, consequential scratches on the shell of the laptop, if there are any at all. I did have to change the battery, though, which I found to be kind of disappointing to have to do for a refurbished laptop, but maybe that's me setting my expectations too high. The fans ramp up a little too high for my liking, but that's probably to be expected for a 4-year old laptop. I'm pretty happy with the purchase, but I can not lie and say that I didn't think about returning the laptop to find something with better battery life. Customer service wise, when I sent the seller a question through BackMarket, it took them a couple of days to send a response, and even when they did, it didn't directly respond to my question, so the answer was a little bit vague.

It was a gift for my younger cousin. He wasn't able to do his music for a couple years cause his laptop broke, so I purchased this one from you guys for him and he is more than satisfied with his brand new Dell from Back Market, he is so happy thank you guys for helping me bless my cousin with such an awesome machine at an unbeatable price!!

This Dell XPS is awesome. Installed Linux in under 20 minutes and all systems were detected and supported. Screen resolution is incredible for a small (13.3) size. Older (2017) I-7 is slower than a dream machine but this combination of CPU, RAM (16) and HDD (512) are terrific.

The product I received was significantly better than I expected for the price and the quality rating. There were almost no noticeable dents or scratches on the device and none at all on the touchscreen. I have one issue with the charger; it is very irritable and doesn't charge if it isn't fully inserted at all times at the right angle. I reached out to the seller about this and was immediately refunded $40 in order to purchase a new charger of my choice. I have yet to receive and test the new charger and I am concerned that the charging issue might be an issue with the computer rather than the charger, but it is not significant whatsoever and it only bothers me a tiny bit. I highly recommend this seller.

I was very surprised at the quality of my surface book! It looks brand new and runs so fast and smooth. I'm just trying to adjust to the new Windows. Everything is also linking from my desktop and iPhone. Awesome buy and I already have my eye on my next purchase(s)! I also am going to most likely sell an old iPad. Thanks so much!

This is a newer, faster, easier to use replacement laptop. A good replacement for the older, slower, one I had. Looks good, works great, very fast. Order arrived as indicated in good condition. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I was a little skeptical of the site but after some research, everything checked out and I regret nothing. My seller was Rexi (thanks!) and this laptop is in almost perfect condition, absolutely no issues with setting it up and it arrived faster than the expected delivery date, which really helped me out a lot. It's safe to say the products on this site are worth the money you'll pay for them!

This is a fantastic bargain. The computer is clean and in like new condition. Couldn't have asked for better product and better service. It was delivered 2 days after I bought it even though I didn't place the order until late in the day. Amazing is all I can say
