Once I had to power the laptop off to be able to sign into the computer, and we had to install some drivers for a particular game (this last one I think on purpose during the refurbishing). But other than that, the computer runs very well!

Although listed as 'good' condition, the laptop appears brand-new. No visible marks or scratches anywhere on the screen or body. Packaging was secure and snug. The laptop has been in use for about 2 weeks now. I have no complaints about its performance. So far, so good.

The computer looks almost brand new and functions perfectly for the week I’ve been using it. My tracking number got mixed up so I originally was frustrated upon seeing it delivered to the wrong destination, but when I reached out to the seller they were quick and kind in their response. I was so pleased!
