I purchased it in fair condition but the Phone was literally in excellent condition. I couldn't have asked for more with 90% battery life and no scratch or dent for the fair condition. Thank you back market

Everything about this experience was fantastic. I bought a 2yo refurbished Note 20 for around $250.00. I just don't understand why someone would "rent to own" any phone. It arrived with a charger and a little pin to open the Sim tray. Looks brand new. Not a scratch on it. There is also a 1 year warrantee. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

My refurbished SE is great! Looks and acts brand new, lives up to all my expectations. Delivery was right on time. Moving everything to the new phone from the old one took mere minutes and involved just transferring the SIM card and placing the two phones near each other! It was like magic. Color me happy.

BackMarket delivered an excellent product in perfect working condition and in decent shape externally. There were some issues with delivery, but that was the delivery company's fault, not BackMarket's.

I've had this phone for almost 2 years now and haven't had any issues! Love Backmarket and have made more purchases through them and will continue to do so!

Worst phone I've ever owned. Screen cracked on a tiny drop. The glass protector for the camera cracked the first month I had it. I had it fixed, and then they same exact thing just happened again! These are small falls with a case and protector on, and someone the glass just shatters to pieces.

Very satisfied with the phone, came in pristine condition. WOuldn't even know that the phone was used. Will use Back Market in the future and continue to tell friends and family about your site. Thank you and Happy New Year

I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent condition of the phone. It was listed at fair, but not a scratch, dent or blemish of any kind. Works great! No issues. Would definitely recommend and will use Back Market when I need another device.
