Everything about this experience was fantastic. I bought a 2yo refurbished Note 20 for around $250.00. I just don't understand why someone would "rent to own" any phone. It arrived with a charger and a little pin to open the Sim tray. Looks brand new. Not a scratch on it. There is also a 1 year warrantee. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

My refurbished SE is great! Looks and acts brand new, lives up to all my expectations. Delivery was right on time. Moving everything to the new phone from the old one took mere minutes and involved just transferring the SIM card and placing the two phones near each other! It was like magic. Color me happy.

Worst phone I've ever owned. Screen cracked on a tiny drop. The glass protector for the camera cracked the first month I had it. I had it fixed, and then they same exact thing just happened again! These are small falls with a case and protector on, and someone the glass just shatters to pieces.
