BackMarket delivered an excellent product in perfect working condition and in decent shape externally. There were some issues with delivery, but that was the delivery company's fault, not BackMarket's.

I purchased it in fair condition but the Phone was literally in excellent condition. I couldn't have asked for more with 90% battery life and no scratch or dent for the fair condition. Thank you back market

The seller shipped quickly and the condition of the phone was wonderful. Great experience. The Note 8 takes better quality pictures than any new phone and I need the micro SD card slot for expandable storage that, once again, few new phones seem to come with. Love this phone and this seller.

I've had this phone for almost 2 years now and haven't had any issues! Love Backmarket and have made more purchases through them and will continue to do so!

The phone looked almost new for a fraction of new price and functions as advertised. No problem activating and setting up, very pleased.

The phone lasted just a bit over 1yr then one day, just started randomly locking and resetting and locking.

The phone was shipped promptly and appears perfect. I'm using it wi-fi only for now but have found all functionality to be perfect.
