I love this refurbished Apple Watch. I am so pleased with back market. The watch is like brand new but it was a 2022 model the service the price and the product itself is excellent. This is the second item I have bought from back market and I will continue to purchase through them when I need a refurbished device again.

New (used) phone was in great condition and works perfectly. Price was great, ordering easy, and delivery fast. This is the 2nd phone we have bought through Back Market, and have been pleased with both.

Came in in fine quality, but it was a ups express box within a FedEx box, shipped by FedEx. Very odd Additionally, inner screen has visible scratches on it (very minor) with some dust. Would normally not be an issue, but folding phone inner screens are very delicate and hard to replace

Haven't used em all too much yet. Work great, sound quality is good. Case had a few more scratches than what the site led onto. Not sure if Im crazy either but the right ear battery may be draining faster than the left ear, even when I used them at the same time. Could be connection issues though, Im not sure. Good product though and enjoy that I didnt pay full price.

Phone was in impeccable condition, no scratches or dents. Battery life is 90% as expected. No issues with it at all. Shipping was also speedy and on-time. Will definitely consider using Back Market again!

I bought a good condition iPhone 13 and it seems to have full functionality with an 88% battery health. However, there are very noticeable scratches and dents on the body close to the face.

I bought the phone. The seller locked it for non payment (only found out after reaching out to service provider). And then told me I have no choice but to return it for a refund - which means I’ve paid for it. Will not work with me. If you locked it you can unlock it. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. BEWARE.

phone works great! the only question I have is under setting the phone shows a (important display message) stating unknown part (unable to determine if your iphone display is a genuine apple part) How do I get that message to clear out in settings? thanks Ron Rbfritz6@aol.com
