I love this refurbished Apple Watch. I am so pleased with back market. The watch is like brand new but it was a 2022 model the service the price and the product itself is excellent. This is the second item I have bought from back market and I will continue to purchase through them when I need a refurbished device again.

New (used) phone was in great condition and works perfectly. Price was great, ordering easy, and delivery fast. This is the 2nd phone we have bought through Back Market, and have been pleased with both.

Came in in fine quality, but it was a ups express box within a FedEx box, shipped by FedEx. Very odd Additionally, inner screen has visible scratches on it (very minor) with some dust. Would normally not be an issue, but folding phone inner screens are very delicate and hard to replace

Phone was in impeccable condition, no scratches or dents. Battery life is 90% as expected. No issues with it at all. Shipping was also speedy and on-time. Will definitely consider using Back Market again!

Could not be HAPPIER!!! Great price, phone looks new and untouched. and they gave me the full amount they quoted for my trade in. Excellent company!!!! The only complaint is they sent a charger that wouldn't work.

I’m enjoying my iPhone. Arrive early and in great condition. I was expecting for it to be in a phone box but it arrived wrapped up inside of a bubble wrap UPS envelope put inside aUPS small box
