They were a christmas gift for my 2 youngest and 1 if the tablets is working fine but the other one won't even turn on even though it has been on charge for as long as it says to charge it for 1st time use.

It came functional, but turns out to have a screen made of sugar glass. It feel less than two feet, landed completely flat and shattered into a million pieces, completely nonfunctional now from an extremely minor fall. Not back markets fault, purely bad design by the manufacturers.
