I have been a fan of Dell products for over 2 years. They are always well constructed and perform well. This mouse is no exception. I bought this to go with my gaming PC to tie in with my Lightsync speakers, keyboard and headset. I love how they look together all in sync, and how they sync with what is happening on the screen. It's a really cool effect, especially for gaming. The mouse is quick and responsive and works very well for my needs. Very happy with my purchase!

This mouse is my favorite so far, especially for the good price. It's very smooth, fits my hand well, and has AMAZING build quality and a good scrolling speed. It's clicks aren't silent, but still feel and sound really nice. (It's not creaky or squeaky.) It is very functional and easy to set up, change it's batteries, change what buttons do what, etc.

My refurbished Surface Pro 7 never arrived. It took two weeks, but Back Market made good and refunded my money in full. Not sure if the problem was Back Market sending me a tracking number for someone else's purchase (package dimensions listed by Fed Ex were too small to hold a Surface Pro) or whether Fed Ex misdelivered. Fed Ex delivered the tracked package to "the mail room" which makes no sense for my single family home in a residential neighborhood. I'll give Back Market another try for a similar refurbished product. The concern dialog online was appropriate, but I would have liked to have been told the outcome of the Fed Ex and Back Market investigation as to what happened instead of just being notified that my money was being refunded. Shipping mixups can happen.
