I bought this laptop in "Excellent" condition. I assume it was refurbished due to a broken screen. Whoever installed the new screen definitely smudged the glass from the inside lol. It is incredibly annoying, since I won't be able to get them off without replacing the screen entirely. I think it could've been more securely shipped as well. But other than that, the laptop seems to be in good working condition. There's only one noticeable ding, which doesn't bother me. Overall, I am happy with my purchase & think it was definitely worth the price.

Ordered iPhone 13 Pro, phone was super fresh, almost looked like new. No issue with the hardware and software. It’s just received the phone with 87% battery health. I wish it was over 90%. Overall satisfied with the product that I received.

I ordered from the Excellent category, which is what my order receipt states. As I leave this review, the condition is listed as 'Very good' above the review text box. I would say that's a discrepancy in the details. This shipped fast, I had it within a week. Shipping packaging was great. It felt pretty safe and sound in the box. There was about a 50% charge on the phone, a usb-c to usb cable, a usb charger with it, and a quick start guide. The body of the phone has more nicks/scratches than I anticipated, and there's some kind of sticky adhesive along some seams (possibly from a repair..) Since this is a gift, I will be adding a phone case to it to hide the visible wear, which I suspect the recipient will be none the wiser. The screens don't appear to have any scratches. There is a visible bend in the screen where the phone folds, which isn't visible when the screen is on and looking straight at it unless there's a bright light that reflects off of it. The phone turned on and booted as expected. I didn't see any cracks in the screens. The screens are responsive and working as expected. The front and back cameras are working with no visible defects on the pictures. I purchased the 2 yr protection plan for added security. Given that I got this phone for hundreds of $ off of the retail price, if it works like new and the scratches and slight wear are the only signs it was used, then I consider this a satisfactory purchase. It is still a significant upgrade for the person who will be using it. I would consider purchasing other refurbished items in the future.

It is working not unlike my old phone with that was updated and that sabotaged it! Phone dies and battery dies no matter what you do but magicily it works when you upgrade to a new phone! Apple needs a power check!

I love my Apple Watch. It looked brand new. The delivery was super fast. Everything worked out perfectly and I was shocked I got it earlier especially with the Christmas holiday. Thanks you made this woman a happy woman!

The Samsung S22 body and screen have expected scratches. The screen has an unmentioned problem, a black dot at the bottom, I believe this black dot may increase over time, making it difficult to read it.

I ordered an unlocked iphone 14 pro, only to discover that it is not compatible with my carrier, Xfinity Mobile. Customer support was super responsive and helped me process the return, but ultimately said that there is no way for me to know if a phone will be compatible with my network until I physically receive it and can look at the IMEI number. I assumed that an unlocked phone would be compatible with any network, which is not the case. It's super disappointing that this information isn't more clearly communicated on the website or during the order process.
