First phone had a screen that stopped responding, but... Back Market had a return label generated and a replacement phone to me quickly, with good communication along the way. Great to find refurbished products that are guaranteed!

Haven't been long since I had it' but everything seems great. Purchased the s20+Excellent condition option, and it looks and feels brand new. This is actually my first refurbished and I'm glad the risk worked out.

I got this for my daughter, because she wanted a phone with a better camera. I already own an S20 that I purchased new for about 5 times what I paid here. Everything transferred over seamlessly, and we had no issues getting in our network. I will definitely be back.

Great experience so far. Shipping was fast, arrived safely. I paid the extra for the "top shelf" option and I cannot see a single flaw in the phone- screen, backing, and cameras all look new. Transition was super easy with the Samsung Smart Switch app, though it took around 6 hours to transfer everything. I upgraded from a Galaxy s8 (quite old) with my main desires being more storage, better battery life, and a better camera- and this checks all three boxes. Great purchase for a great price- I'll come back here when it's time for an upgrade (probably another 5 years haha). My only qualm- no headphone jack, but that's on Samsung.

Phone is great. Works like new 👌. My previous phone was the same model but my screen shattered. Funny that just buying it refurbished was cheaper than replacing the screen.

I ordered my Galaxy S20 in December of 2022. I bought it in Top Shelf condition for $242.00. I am %100 pleased. The phone has no scratches, the battery life is excellent, and it arrived quickly. I highly recommend buying a refurbished phone from Back Market! I know I will again when I need another phone.

I needed to replace my work phone, which I use very little. The options available through my company required me to take on personal responsibility for the replacement phone, plus have the monthly payment for it deducted from my paycheck. No dice. So I looked for a refurbished phone that would also serve as a potential backup for my personal phone. The price was reasonable, and the phone is great! Note, I don't use it very much, but after 4 days of being unplugged it was still 50% charged. Also, love that this model still has the micro SD expansion memory for my music. Very happy so far!

It was a great experience dealing with Back Market. The phone I chose (Samsung Galaxy S20) is in perfect condition for being a refurbish. No problems at all. Not even any small cosmetic blemishes. Switching my old phone to this was seamless. I highly recommend Back Market.
