I ordered the Samsung Galaxy s20 plus in "excellent" condition the delivery was fast in 3 days and it actually came in an excellent condition the phone was spotless looked brand new I knew I was taking a risk buying refurbished phone but after seeing the reviews and the ratings I chance it but I am happy overall I will definitely advise anyone and recommend people to Back market and especially this seller.

Honestly a really good device, just not the right fit for me. I'm used to a larger screen and longer battery life, that's really the only things I didn't like and that's clearly not the phones fault, I would recommend backmarket and their refurbished devices to any and everyone. The previous device I had was also from BM bought almost 2 years ago it would still be being used had it not suffered water damage, they have excellent quality, value and selection and their customer service is better than any other smartphone retailer, they actually have a conversation feed between you and the representative so you don't have to worry about getting a different person or answer every time. First phone had a screen that stopped responding, but... Back Market had a return label generated and a replacement phone to me quickly, with good communication along the way. Great to find refurbished products that are guaranteed!

Phone was confirmed "unlocked" but still not compatible with my network. I switched carriers instead of returning it. Battery was weak (which I expected to some degree with a used phone). The charging port was okay for the first 2 weeks, then it would only charge if placed upside down with the wire in or with the wire taped in a very specific place. Absolutely not worth the considerable struggle for a barely functional phone. I traded it in & bought a new one elsewhere.

It's been 6 months and this phone has turned out to be pretty good! I was expecting it to be in rough condition (even though it said excellent) because it is used but it delivered as promised and the color was accurate.
