The HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Minis we ordered (two of them) are workig very well. We had a connector issue when we received them, but a phone call to BackMarket resolved the issue in short order. We are very pleased with the product and the customer service. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!

I had to get a home computer if I wanted to work remotely for my current employer. I really didn’t have the money to buy a new computer and since it was for work, I didn’t want to spend more than I had too. I found Backmarket by accident and was a little reluctant buying “refurbished” but for the price, I figured it was worth a try. My “new” computer is fantastic! It’s fast and does everything I need it to do. I am a member of the AAPC & recently someone asked what kind of computer others used for remote work. All the replies were laptops that cost $1200 & up. I got my fantastic computer for $260! I put the link to backmarket on the thread and got over 200 likes! I highly recommend backmarket!

I was in desperate need of a new computer to work from home. My company would give me a laptop, but I already have a set up with multiple monitors, etc, and needed a desktop, so I wasn't looking to spend a lot. I was hoping to find one Windows 11 capable, but they were to much for my budget. So I decided to find one with good memory and storage. This one fit the bill. Super quick shipping & had more than I needed included in the box...mouse, keyboard, and wireless internet adapter. Quick install. I consider myself proficient, but this would be easy for any novice. Computer was like night & day from my old one. Fast, clean, & perfect. SO glad I happened upon Back Market for my computer.

Love it - I'll be gifting it with some more RAM, and a few other upgrades - but it's everything it was advertised to be, I bought it as something I could upgrade when I got the time and money, and it arrived at warp speed. Absolutely no complaints. Also, this is a replacement for the first one, that never managed to get started up - possibly damage in transit, no way to know for sure - and they paid for return, and I had the new one set up within three days of trying the first one out. Very happy with Backmarket.

Computer was in great shape. And it actually had a 256gb hard drive. The touch pad was a little slow but was able to tweek some settings and it’s all good now. I even upgraded to windows 11. Great computer for $200.

Blew my awY with lightening fast shipping. Well packed and could not be told from new. Windows 10 pro was a nice surprise also. Very happy with .y purchase and will be back when I need anything in the future.

I like my purchase and it meets my needs. It's fast and great value. I'm impressed. My only gripe is it doesn't wake up after sleep mode. This seems to be an issue with this particular model but one that's kind of hard to solve. I just reached out to the seller to ask for help, we'll see how it goes.

Working great so far a week in! Very fast and awesome form factor. Update: Had an issue with the first unit where it stopped displaying, but the seller was amazing and sent a new unit out right away while I sent the old one in! New one is working great so far.
