My experience has been mostly good. The phone came quickly, looked new, and runs fine. I've had no problems with it software wise. My only complaint is that the wide angle rear camera shattered, and with no impact whatsoever. I take good care of my phones, but it looks like it's been shot. I'll probably try replacing the glass at some point, but for now, I've got tape on it. It's disappointing, because I got this phone for the camera, and I took good care of it, but now that part is broken and looks nasty.

I ordered an unlocked phone. I received a phone with an eSIM connected to another carrier and therefore could not connect my phone to my carrier. Base line is that this is not the phone I ordered. Their solution was for me to ‘simply’ return the phone and order a replacement. I love my google pixel, that is the phone I’d like to repurchase. But I can’t filter what distributor I buy from. So my only option is to reorder from the distributor that messed my order up to begin with. Really? Absolutely ridiculous. The customer service has been top notch but it’s been a huge headache trying to figure this out. Don’t sell a locked phone as unlocked? It’s simple as that. I’m frustrated and annoyed. Wish they held their distributors accountable, they’ll continue to do this until there are consequences for their actions. So over it.

Great phone, great condition (Excellent as stated). Needed for TracFone support. My new Google pixel 8 with the dual SIM is simply not supported by TracFone, but works when I swap my SIM card. The 6a is only slightly slower than the 8. Also, the 6a fingerprint reader in somewhat less responsive than the 8. I am loving this new 6a running all the latest updates. A fine phone that takes great pictures like the 8. Glad I bought it. Sorry TracFone service is so bad with regards to Google Pixel support.

I recommend not paying the extra money for the express shipping though, I did and it still took quite awhile for it to get here and my delivery date changed a couple times. Quality was great. I got the fair but it literally came like a brand new phone. I will definitely be buying again for other electronics!

Got a great deal on a great phone! Shipping was fast , however they required a signature so it involved me trying to locate the mailman after they left a slip in my box , then had to go to the post office a town over to pick it up. But that post office issues more than anything i think. Otherwise i will be buying my next one from backmarket!

Phone received was in excellent condition, arrived quickly, and everything BUT the single most imporant aspect needed was delivered, The critical feature needed was an OEM unlocked phone. What was sent was a Carrier unlocked phone (a Verizon unlocked phone was delivered). The former (typically a Google Edition) can be bootloader unlocked which is required in order to install an alternative, more private & secure mobile OS such a GrapheneOS, whereby the latter can be used with any carrier but likely OEM unlocking can NOT be enabled in setup meaning your are stuck with a Google bloat and spyware tracking device. Who in their rightly informed mind wants that?

i love my new phone!! delivery was a mess bc of usps but thats neither here nor there lol. i got it in ‘good condition’ and it’s gorgeous! only a few scratches and they are barely noticeable. great service and phone :)

pretty satisfied. okay packaging. came with a charging cable, but no block. phone was shipped factory reset so setup was easy. phone condition is as advertised. didn't blow my mind, but exactly what I was expecting in regards to shipment timing and product.

Unlike my previous purchases, which were in excellent condition, this recent item seems to have a lot of signs of use.
