Ordered Samsung Galaxy S23 in excellent condition. Was delivered quickly and in the time that was guaranteed. Opened the box and was pleasantly surprised to find the phone in a pristine condition and fully working order! I was hesitant about ordering a refurbished phone but soon realized I made the right decision. Thank you Backmarket! I would highly recommend to all.

I had placed an order for a refurbished "excellent" condition Pixel 7 with an Amazon seller, but received a phone with extreme signs of use. So bad that I had to contact Amazon directly for a refund, as the vendor was not responsive. Instead of trying my luck again on the previously mentioned platform, I decided to give BackMarket a try after reading their "Verified Refurbished" page. My renewed Pixel 7 arrived quickly and in real "excellent" condition. I'll definitely order from BackMarket again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a quality refurbished item.

After receiving an underwhelming Pixel 7 from a different refurbished, I tried again and received an excellent one. It's like new. Works and looks perfect.

Truly impressed with the device I received. The condition was really good and the only thing I could see was some barely noticeable cosmetic scratches on the screen that were only visible when the light catches it. Saved me a huge amount of money to purchase refurbished and I'm so pleased that I did.

Yes! The condition of this phone is excellent. I first ordered this phone with Best buy ( Geek Squad certified refurbished). Had to return it 3 times with damaged screens. I gave up and ordered from here, got a better price and a fantastic condition phone. I will buy from here again!

I'm always nervous about going with refurbished for electronics, but this has been great so far. I ordered a phone in "very good" condition but I honestly wouldn't have known it wasn't a new phone if I hadn't ordered it myself. Delivery was fast and I've been so happy with my new phone.

Phone was in excellent condition, except that the charging port is loose, cord easily falls out. Since I do wireless charging, it is not a problem..I didnt want to chance a return since the screen and body were perfect

Phone well protected for shipping & arrived when promised. Ordered a 'Fair' 7a, and phone came with only some minor smudges on the rear from the previous owner's case. Otherwise perfect, like new with a healthy battery. Very happy customer here.

The item arrived on time and was in excellent condition. No scratches on the device at all. The device works great, although you have to give it a short moment at times and the screen needs you to press a little harder than say a newer model tablet, but this was expected with an older device and is not Back Market's fault. I am very happy with my purchase from this company.
