The delivery was fast. Setup was a breeze. It only took a few moments to transfer my service once the phone was fully updated. I haven't had any issues with the new phone. It looked brand new out of the box. So far so good, I recommend these guys over Best Buy's refurbished phones any day. I bought one for my son recently and it was dirty out of the box. Once they refurbished it, they didn't even clean it up! It had gunk all over it. However, this phone was purchased as "good" condition. It was immaculate! Thank you for decent prices on quality equipment.

I had placed an order for a refurbished "excellent" condition Pixel 7 with an Amazon seller, but received a phone with extreme signs of use. So bad that I had to contact Amazon directly for a refund, as the vendor was not responsive. Instead of trying my luck again on the previously mentioned platform, I decided to give BackMarket a try after reading their "Verified Refurbished" page. My renewed Pixel 7 arrived quickly and in real "excellent" condition. I'll definitely order from BackMarket again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a quality refurbished item.

So my previous phones battery was pretty garbage (Pixel 4) after three years. But getting this phone has been amazing and I don't have to use my Anker portable charger anymore. I constantly use my phone at work so this phone has been great. My only problem was that I had trouble getting my phone to swap online. But I did get it to swap but only a couple of the apps had to be sacrificed due to it being partially compatible to my carrier. I don't know if I'm remembering this right but I think we use to be able to check compatibility with carriers so that might be my fault. But otherwise it's speed has been great.

My first Google Pixel Pro 6 got damaged after I dropped it while trying to carry too many things (so happy I had the insurance). So, when I ordered this one to replace it, I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. It came in quickly, was a fair price, in great condition, and works flawlessly. Now, it's up to me to not drop it into oblivion.

I never ordered from Back Market and after some scrolling through Reddit (more trustworthy than effing Google atm) I decided to risk it and order. I wanted to give it a few weeks before I reviewed it in case any bugs presented themselves. I'm happy to say I have nothing to report. The phone arrived early and in great condition. It was unlocked as they advertised - which was a big concern because I use Tello. The screen is crisp and an upgrade from my previous phone. It's responsive to touch and doesn't lag too bad when it loads. Accurately, I had a Nord 200 before this. In terms of responsiveness this phone was a lateral move. Nothing fancy but definitely functional. My only issue is that it takes longer to charge than my old device but not by too noticable a degree. I'm still able to listen to YouTube videos at work for 6+ hours without it being dead by time I go to bed. That's noteworthy because this new phone is two years younger so I wasn't expecting that. All in all, I have no real complaints and would cautiously recommend purchasing. Just be sure to research the specific retailer you by from before placing your order.

Very happy with my purchase! I bought a Pixel 7 from Back Market and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The listing said it was in “good” condition, but when it arrived, it looked almost brand new. No visible scratches, the battery is working great, and I haven’t had any issues with it at all. Phone well protected for shipping & arrived when promised. Ordered a 'Fair' 7a, and phone came with only some minor smudges on the rear from the previous owner's case. Otherwise perfect, like new with a healthy battery. Very happy customer here.

phone came absolutely pristine! honestly could have fooled me for it being brand new, I did miss the delivery and it required signature but I got it from the post office the next day, first time ever ordering from back market, and so far so good!!!
